Background
Mercian Labels are a 32 person, £2.5m turnover business operating in 4 niche markets within the custom printed labelling industry based in Cannock. We are looking to improve Key Account Development practices to deliver closer relations with our customers and increase overall revenue.
Scope
We require interim consultancy with our office based sales managers to review methods and practices employed in prospecting for and developing major accounts in our portfolio, and make appropriate recommendations or workable alternative approaches that dovetail with our existing methods. This temporary role would ideally suit an experienced label sales person currently seeking longer term opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for a temporary Senior Sales person to carry out the above project, with a proven track record of prospecting and sales success in the UK printed labels market. A minimum of 5 years’ senior sales experience is required. A working knowledge of flexo, hotfoil and digital reel to reel label printing is essential.
This is a short-term interim consultancy role, probably full time for 1-2 weeks but we can be very flexible on hours and start date.
