In 2009 we launched a special service available exclusively to UK value added resellers of digitally printed self adhesive labels. Its launch was covered extensively at the time in the leading industry publications Printweek, Labels & Labelling and Packaging News amongst others as the first trade only online label pricing and tracking tool designed for the UK trade reseller market.
In 2016 we launched our new ERP system, which now includes seamless web-based re-ordering. This means that there is no need to interact with us if you wish to place identical re-orders of products – it’s all done online! Our trade service is only available to authorised, credit checked, pre vetted UK trade digital label buyers who have significant industry expertise and add value to the Xeikon digital labeling products we manufacture with additional service offerings to the end user, commonly in conjunction with a wider print management offer. We offer our trade customers who resell digitally printed labels in this way an online portal where they can price jobs immediately, in real time, including all finishing options using both new and existing cutters. Many tens of UK based businesses now depend on our fast trade digital service.
Due to the technical nature of the specification of the requirements this facility is unsuitable for customers who are not expert in self adhesive labelling. We look for membership of the BSRLA, the BPIF or similar bodies together with a reputation and appropriate website to indicate sufficient expertise to handle trade orders successfully for your benefit and for ours.
